JY213L - 90V Three-Phase High-Voltage Gate Driver IC
The JY213L is a high-performance 90V three-phase gate driver IC developed by JUYI Tech, designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in BLDC motor drives and three-phase inverter systems.
Integrating three high-side and low-side half-bridge drivers in a compact SSOP-20 package, the JY213L simplifies system design while ensuring reliable operation in demanding high-voltage and high-speed applications.
With built-in dead-time control, shoot-through prevention, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection for both high-side and low-side drivers, the JY213L effectively protects power devices from cross-conduction and insufficient gate drive voltage. Its advanced high-voltage BCD process and excellent dv/dt common-mode noise immunity ensure stable operation even in harsh electrical environments.
The JY213L supports 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels, making it fully compatible with a wide range of MCUs and DSP controllers commonly used in motor control applications.
